Over the last 18 months we have been developing a new resource meter solution.

 

Automatic sub metering is a statutory requirement for buildings over 1,000sqm.

 

There are many systems on the market today that are available for this task but none that offer the ability to monitor direct communication and pulses as standard.In addition to this is the cost saving when installed at the same time as our BMS.

 

The new system has been setup as a default package but can be tailored to any system.

• 24 Electricity Meters (Pulsed or Modbus)

 

• 8 Water / Heat meters (Pulsed)

 

• 2 Gas Meter(Pulsed)

 

• 12 Resistive/Current/Voltage inputs of sensor logging (if required)

 

• On board SQL database storage

 

• Email Alarms

 

• Remote access subject to broadband connection and routing

 

• Full HTML5 webserver, will work with any standard web browsers

 

• Graphing for each individual meter

 

• Download Data directly into a spreadsheet for creating bespoke reports.

 

• Direct communication to TREND, CentraLine, Siemens, Satchwell BMS systems.

 

• No PC required for data storage

 

• No Web storage required or monthly subscriptions
